Your name Your email

Choose a password At least 10 characters. You use it to finish and follow your application, from any device. Your phone number With the country code. We call if anything needs checking.

Gym name The name your members will search for. Gym street address Where members train. It should match your proof of address.

The Gym Owner Agreement

The partiesThis agreement is between you, the gym owner named above, and MuleSoo Digital Solutions, which operates Yoyo Gyms.
The serviceYoyo Gyms gives your gym its own admin panel for members, check-ins, payments and, depending on your plan, classes, trainers and face recognition; a listing members can find in the app and on the web; and member sign-up and sign-in.
Trial and billingYour gym starts with a 30-day free trial.
If a payment failsIf a payment fails you have 2 days' grace to pay.
Your members' informationYour gym is responsible for the information it collects about its members, and for having a lawful reason (such as their consent) to collect it — including health answers and, if you use it, face data.
Your planYour plan sets how many active members you can have and which features you can use.
Closing your accountYou can ask to close your account at any time from your owner page.
ChangesIf these terms change, we tell you before the change applies.

The agreement is still being finalised. You accept it again when you activate your gym, so you always agree to its latest wording.
