Delete your account and data

If you are a gym member

1. In the Yoyo Gyms app, sign in to your gym, open Profile and choose Delete my account. On the web, find your gym, sign in with your membership number and phone number, and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the Status screen.
2. Your account is deleted within 30 days, sooner if your gym does it first, and you get an email when it is done. Your details, check-ins, bookings, health answers and any face data are erased. Payment records the law requires your gym to keep are kept, without your name.

Cannot sign in? Ask your gym directly. They hold your records and can delete them.

If you own a gym

1. Sign in to your Yoyo Gyms account.
2. Choose Close my account, on the web or in the Yoyo Gyms app. Your account is closed within 30 days and you get an email when it is done: your gym is closed to its members and staff, your sign-in is switched off, and your personal details are erased. Your gym's data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind, then deleted.
